Our Studio Apartments have three apartments all large open plan set in the middle of 2 1/2 acres amidst most beautiful open countryside.
Two ground floor apartments (one can sleeps up to 4 people and the other one sleeps 3) and one on the first floor that can accommodate 2 people.
Excellent Rail links to London for about an 1 hour and 10 minutes to M40 motorway.
Banbury is 3 miles away and reasonably close to the Cotswolds Oxford Stratford upon Avon and Northamptonshire.
Also this property is 10 minute to walk to centre of the village of Bloxham set in the middle of most beautiful landscape with the village good facilities public houses post office small supermarket fish and chips and pharmacy.

5 acres it is approached by a dirt track road of 1/3 kilometer and once you arrive at the property you are surrounded by fields and impressive views with large grounds of 2.

We are located in a rural location just outside of the village of Bloxham.
Our apartments are always most beautifully clean and well presented with tasteful comfy furnishing.
During summer months there is a table and chairs plus a bbq in the garden for guests to use.
The bathroom has plenty of soft towels tissues and toilet paper while bedroom is offering a comfortable guest bed and crisp sheets a hairdryer plus iron and board.
There are always some fruit and a few chocolates or biscuits.

In the well equipped kitchens you will find milk cereal juice bottled water tea coffee sugar salt.
In all of the apartments you will find lots of attention to detail.
When we decided to invite guests to stay at our Studio Apartments we thought long and hard about the things we would have liked to find on arrival at a property be it for business or pleasure.
Our family over the years have stayed in many apartments and sometimes it has been a positive experience and other times it s not.
All apartments have recently been fully renovated to a high standard.
The apartments have everything one could wish from a one night stay to longer.
All having king size guest beds in the main guestrooms with large en suite bathroom shower room.
Both ground floor apartments have guest bed settees in the lounge.
