Centrally located in the delightful South Somerset landscape Sleepy Hollow Cottages offer a peaceful and tranquil haven in a breathe taking rural setting in two acres of lovely gardens in the village of Barton St David.
We are blessed with lovely walking country through orchards along the River Brue and further afield through the Somerset Levels teeming with wildlife.
Further afield the cities of Bath Bristol and the Somerset and the Dorset and North Somerset coasts are easily reached.
Our proximity to the cathedral city of Wells the mysteries of Glastonbury and the Tor plus a host of other attractions make Sleepy Hollow a great base for a relaxing vacation discovering some of the very best that this region of South West England has to offer.
The National Garden scheme for Somerset and Dorset feature many local gardens and local villages frequently host open garden events during the summer months.
There are many National Trust properties within an easy drive comprising Stourhead and the local Lytes Cary.

There is ample parking within the grounds.
All cottages have internet wifi access to laundry facilities and secure cycle storage.
Each cottage has a separate garden region with furnishings but guests are welcome to tour our gardens and to while away an hour or so playing table tennis in the stables.
Linen towels internet wifi and all utilities are included within the rental price quoted.
All three cottages are Visit England 4 star rated.
We have three fully equipped self catering cottages Nooze (single storey) and Nap (two storey) accommodating 2 people and Leep (single storey) up to 4.
Close to home glow worms glow on July evenings bats fly in the Drove alongside us and kestrels soar in the skies above us.
