Group Policy We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates.
The amount will vary on the size of apartment you have booked.
Security Deposits / Pre Authorisation A refundable security deposit re-authorisation to cover additional charges comprising breakages damages additional cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your visit may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable in ahead of time or on arrival.
Upon check-in guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID such as a driving licence or passport.
