St Benedict s Byre was contructed approximately 120 years ago and was used as a milking parlour until 1999 when it was converted to become the most beautiful property it is today.
One part of the property was used for housing the cattle in bad weather and the relax was the parlour itself.

As a result of the barn shaped property all the guestrooms are south facing and soak up the sun all day long.
The rooms are all set into the roof region with sloping wood beams which were lovingly saved and restored from the original build when the conversion took place.
The garden backs onto fields resulting in a scenic landscape view in all directions.
