Houseboat Harbourside View is set in the peaceful surroundings of Bembridge Harbour a site of exceptional scientific interest with National trust and RSPB land surrounding the Harbour.
Bembridge village is a short walk away where you are able to find many interesting unique shops and restaurants seafood being a speciality of the area.It is a short drive from the island s main towns with Sandown and Shanklin around 15 minutes away and Newport just under 25 minutes.

Breakfast is full English with a option of fruit cereals breads and pastries.
The Don a double room has its own balcony over looking the garden with comfy seating.
The Eve that has a Juliette balcony over looking the garden has a king size double guest bed and a side view window with marvellous views of the harbour.
The Diana superior king room has its own balcony over looking the harbour and includes a mini-fridge sofa super king guest bed and Jacuzzi bath and shower.
All have flat screen television s with tea and coffee making facilities.
All rooms at Houseboat Harbourside View have en suite bathroom facilities and are decorated to a high standard.
The Harbour is tidal and surrounds the boat twice daily during high tide the boat floats.
There is no engine so the boat is permanently moored on site.
The boat is some 120 tons in weight and is secured in place by spud legs so any movement is minimal.
The Houseboat is contructed off a naval stores barge and is 70ft in length by 20ft width.
Owners Diane and Tony completed property the boat in 2013.It is unique as it is offering spacious accommodation within a 3 storey build.
