Our individually decorated guestrooms all offer ensuite bath and shower rooms.
Please be aware that due to the nature of being a boutique b&b rather than a full service hotel our latest check in time is 8pm.
We have secure lock up facilities for cyclists who come here to really enjoy the Boxhill area.
The house is elegant and is offering a heated guest swimming pool for our guests to use during the summer months and there is a lovely outdoor hot tub for relaxing in all year round.
The village public houses serve excellent food for lunch and evening meals and both Reigate and Dorking are 3 miles away.
We are a short walk from Betchworth train stn and only 11 miles from Gatwick Airport so ideal for preost flight stays.
All our food is prepared and served by Mike our in house Chef who can also serve evening meals if ordered in ahead of time (min 4 guests).
A freshly cooked to order Award Winning breakfast is served each morning in the sunny dining room over looking the extensive gardens.
