Please do not be put off by the word standard We offer an honesty lounge region drinks bar for guests which means you help yourself and write down what you had.
However all guest rooms are finishes to the same specification and it is only their size that makes them different.
We have generally allowed the smaller ones to be standard doubles and the larger ones to be deluxe or suites.
This makes the place interesting with different room shapes and sizes.
As a listed property (150 years old) we are governed on what we can or cannot do.
All rooms have been designed for the real comfort of the guest and all guest rooms are ensuite.
