Alum Chine Beach House is a collection of 6 super luxury apartments situated moments from the Bournemouth Beach and its glorious 7 miles of Golden Sand.
Each apartment is completed to a very high standard with high high quality furnishings throughout en suite bathroom shower rooms with rain-head showers and kitchens comprising all the facilities to prepare anything for a light breakfast through to a full evening meal.
Of course the very best attraction of the region is the gorgeous golden sands! Alum Chine beach is far quieter than the beaches closer to Bournemouth town centre although is equally as sandy and inviting.
It is definitely not your usual high-street there is a vast choice of independent stores cafes and restaurants and is truly a unique shopping experience.
The properties are situated in Westbourne just to the west of Bournemouth which is one of the most elegant and fashionable parts of Bournemouth with an urban village feel.
We travel regularly ourselves and have stayed in hotels and apartments around world and have tried to give our guest the very best of both worlds the super luxury of a hotel room with the facilities of a well appointed apartment.
Great care was taken with the design to give guests what they need and time and money was invested restoring many of the original architectural features and enhancing them with a contemporary décor.
Alum Chine Beach House was formally a guest house and in 2011 it was purchased and we spent 2 years converting the property to 6 super luxury flats and home for us yes we live on the premises in our own apartment.
We called it the Alum Chine Beach House as it sums up how we feel about the place its super close to beach it has the feel of a big Victorian house and we try to make our guests feel relaxed and at home the moment they check in.
