Blenheim Lodge nestles tranquilly into open landscape and boasts impressive Lake and fell views.
Our hilltop B&B is secluded BUT not isolated and we invite you to make it YOUR home from home ..GUESTS WHO DO NOT RESPECT THIS REQUEST WILL HAVE THEIR BOOKINGS DECLINED (INCLUDING EVEN ON ARRIVAL) BUT THEIR FULL PAYMENTS WILL BE RETAINED REGARDLESS AS the guest rooms THEY BOOKED WOULD ALREADY HAVE BEEN BLOCKED FOR THEM FOR THE NIGHTS IN QUESTION CAUSING THESE ROOMS TO BE UNAVAILABLE TO BE BOOKED OUT TO ANYONE ELSE.PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL DECLINE BOOKINGS WHICH WE SUSPECT comprise CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 8 YEARS FOR ANY ROOM AND SPECIFICALLY UNDER THE AGE OF 16 YEARS IN OUR 4-POSTER ROOMS.
Please note also that whilst we have a minimum child age of 8 years in most rooms a higher MINIMUM age of stay applies to our four-poster rooms The Langdale and The Coniston for which we do not accept children under the age of 16 years.
All bookings must comprise the CORRECT age of any child included in the reservation.
Instead we have a MINIMUM age of stay which is 8 years of age.We do not have the option on the Laterooms website to state that we do not have a MAXIMUM age of stay and one-year has been inserted by default.Business and corporate card transaction fee of 3.95% on all bookings.Guests use our carpark at their own risk.We do not take American Express.We do not take personal credit card.
Guests book our place BECAUSE they wish to stay in a quiet secluded location.Important Notes:Please note that Blenheim Lodge is not a suitable venue for groups travelling together nor party-goers and late-night or early-morning revellers and as such we respectfully request that such individuals or groups do NOT book our guest house.
We also have onsite parking for our guests.

We are walker golfer biker cyclist and angler friendly.Just a handy 5-minute walk to the attractions and facilities of Bownes centre and Lake Windermere Blenheim Lodge is offering a peaceful haven from noisy main road traffic crowds and late night revellers.
For breakfast we serve tasty local butcher-cured bacon and handmade sausages and free-range eggs from a local farm.
We buy local where possible.Our B&B is eco-friendly.
We offer single double (including 4-poster) twin or triple rooms.
All rooms have Lake or woodland views.
Quality handmade guest beds provide restful sleep.
