The Lord Nelson is located in the heart of the town of Bridport and we have a brilliant team of hotel staff to look after you.
They are all local to Bridport and therefore know the very best places to visit whether in the town browsing the shops or seeking local walks with the dog.

Parking is next door to the public house although its a public carpark its complimentary between 6pm and 8am and complimentary on Sundays.
We cater for vegetarian vegan and gluten complimentary needs whilst during the summer we have a variety of ploughman dishes complete with cheeses and chutneys.
Food wise we are a Pie public house so whether it is for lunch or dinner we have a wide range of award winning pies that have to be tried to be appreciated for their goodness.

We have three letting rooms named after ships that Nelson sailed on! They are located on the first floor and accessed via a spiral staircase from the ground floor.
Cages are available should you require them instead of bringing your own.
We are a dog congenial pub/hotel and we welcome your pet dogs both in the public house and in our rooms.
The courtyard garden is child and dog congenial and a suntrap in the summer we even have our own banana tree.
