Nineteen is a stylish 7 bedroom guest house in a tastefully converted 200 year old Victorian town house in Brighton s Kemp Town region just a pebble s throw from the beach and the pier.
We had a significant renovation in 2014 which included double glazed sash windows throughout (meeting the requirements of the Conservation region we are in) dark oak flooring completely renovated ensuites boosted internet wifi coverage bluetooth speakers and new smart HDTVs in all bedrooms.

Location wise our road Broad Street isn t a main thoroughfare but it is moments away from the beach myriad of bars clubs and restaurants and just 3 minutes to walk from the famous Lanes and the impressive Royal Pavilion.
The room also includes Brighton Gin confectionary and a complimentary Brighton Gin and tonic on arrival.
This room has been designed in partnership with local gin distiller Brighton Gin and includes a brilliant mural of the Brighton cityscape that has been created by local artist Hizze Fletcher.
Real gin aficionados can also go all the way and stay in our unique Brighton Gin Room.
We have our own Gin Den which is situated in the lower ground floor level of the property and is provisioned with over a dozen of well known and artisan gins.
Guests can expect contemporary decor and lots of contemporary art from Brighton based artists.
