Located on Brighton Seafront in the heart of The Lanes region over looking the famous piers offering complimentary leisure facilities complimentary perfectly cooked breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Sea front rooms have fantastic views over looking the excitement of Brighton beach and the region comes alive at night with various restaurants public houses and clubs.
We thank you in ahead of time for your understanding and support as we continue to ahead of time and improve our hotel.
The entire ocean facing and west facing aspects have already been successfully completed.
We anticipate that the impact on our guest rooms will be kept to a minimum and we are aiming to have no more than 12-14 rooms at any given time that will have any noticeable construction outside of their room.
With the current redecoration project of the exterior now almost complete the final stage is in progress and although the scaffolding is much less evident we still require to have some erected to complete this project.
We absolutely love our Hotel and consider her a grand old lady (well Queen actually) but given her age and location directly on the seafront it shouldn t come as a surprise that the hotel exterior requires frequent repair maintenance and redecoration something we carry out every 4-5 years to keep her looking at her best.
The hotel will also require photo ID (drivers licence government issued ID card or passport) to be presented on arrival.
Guests booking an apartment or studio will be required to pay on arrival by credit card.
We do not accept cash payments for apartment bookings.
If you wish to pay your hotel room in cash we require an additional £100 per room security deposit returned on departure subject to a room check.
Both properties do not accept large group bookings on weekends (such as single gender parties hen stag and birthday groups etc).
Not all hotel rooms are available to wheelchair users should you have any specific access requirements please contact LateRooms for advice and current availability.

If you choose a non-refundable rate for an apartment or studio the property management will require the GBP 200 deposit payment on a credit/ debit card on arrival.
Please note the property is unable to take cash payments for apartment/studio bookings.
Due to the nature of the apartment property they are not suitable for guests with mobility/walking difficulties as there is no lift access.
The studios have a double guest bed a kitchenette with refrigerator microwave oven kettle toaster and Nespresso machine as well as and LCD television and Bluetooth Bose speaker.
The lounge region has a dining table 40 LCD television and Bluetooth Bose speakers.
They offer a large kitchen region area containing washer/dryers cooker refrigerator kettle toaster and Nespresso machines.
One bedroom apartments have a double guest bed in the bedroom and sofa in the lounge region area.
Guests will check-in at the Queens Hotel reception and will have access to all the hotel facilities such as leisure facilities beauty salon drinks bar and bistro.
Queens Hotel and Spa is delighted to announce the opening of the new Queens Hotel Apartments in the adjacent property to the hotel comprising of one bedroom serviced apartments and studio serviced apartments.
Within the hotel is The Lanes Health Club (which includes a pool sauna and gym) Pretty People Hair and Beauty Salon and No 1 drinks bar and Bistro that has big leather sofas and fantastic sea-views.
