The Weary Ploughman Inn is a family owned and operated business situated in the heart of the English Riviera.
A warm and congenial Devon gastropub and intimate six guestroom hotel our focus is on delicious inventive cuisine using locally sourced amazing fresh Devon produced and successfully merging breathe taking hospitality with great food.
We are also happy to put together a breakfast box that you can take up to your room the night before.
With notice we can accommodate off menu requests such as Soya milk or Kippers etc.

Breakfasts are a touch of super luxury as well a wide range of cereals fresh seasonal fruits and berries juices and yogurt our great chefs work in rotation to come in and cook to order a superb range of breakfast dishes.
We can provide an iron and ironing board or provide additional pillows/duvets/blankets and up to two additional camp guest beds in some rooms.
Our dedicated housekeepers Maria and Julie keep everything immaculate and strive to make any stay as comfy as possible.
All our customers can really enjoy complimentary WI-Fi.
They are contemporarily furnished have a flat screen T.V hair dryer complimentary hot beverages.
