The Edgcumbe is great beachside accommodation run by a young (ish!) and congenial family.
The Edgcumbe is tastefully furnished in a Boutique Seaside Chic style to a high standard with a relaxed cafe style drinks bar region with sofas and arm chairs and breathe taking south facing conservatory with a contemporary style and a outdoor patio area.
We are flexible so please call if you need to arrange something different and we will try to accommodate you.
(Although if you wish you can walk our Springer Hector the Hound!) Check-In time: 1400 and Check-Out time: 1030.
Regrettably we cannot accept pets except guide dogs.
We are a No-Smoking property.
The town has many essential contemporary facilities and popular surf shops but has managed to remain a peaceful and charming historic seaside town.
Bude is a small coastal town providing local produce and wares.
Surrounded by most beautiful sandy surf beaches like Summerleaze and Crocklets The Edgcumbe really is in an exceptional location.
We also have quite a collection of beach bits so if you need chairs windbreaks boogyboard or buckets and spade just ask! With panoramic views over Summerleaze Beach Hills and Downs of the coast path and the river Neet we are an perfect base to discover Bude and indeed North Cornwall.
We have a drying room for wet guest suites and storage for Surfboards and bikes.
All great places to really enjoy a tasty local beverage! We have little table top quizzes dotted around and an array of books and board games.
