Situated within a spacious fully restored Victorian farmhouse over looking the Waveney Valley the 2 studio apartments have commanding views over the Waveney valley and large glorious garden (available for the guests to use with ample seating either on the terrace or in the garden.) The farm is approached up a half a mile drive from the A143 with parking for guests directly below the apartments.
The guests have their own entrance with a secure entry keypad system and share a hallway and stairs.
We are very proud of all the conservation work we have accomplished on the farm.
Watch hares deer owls swallows and housemartins etc from the real comfort of your room! Earsham Park farm is part of a bigger private estate but there are lots of walks that guests can do from the door to really enjoy the landscape around the farmhouse.

The apartments face south and east or south and west.
With fabulous views down the hill over the farm and the valley towards the river.
These new apartment conversions use the large rooms at the front of the house.
The accommodation is centrally heated and with complimentary Wi Fi.
General information The entrance is separate from the main house but the owners live on site and can help with information and any other queries that guests may have.
Outside Ample parking outside the door separate entrance for guest use secure alarmed storage for bikes use of gardens and garden furniture.
