Juliots Well Cottages are set in 33 acres of wooded parkland and over looking Lanteglos Valley and offer a superb rural retreat located on the outskirts of Camelford between the moors and the magnificent Cornish coastline.
The cottages are located within Juliots Well Holiday Park and guests have full use of the on-site facilities comprising the outdoor heated guest swimming pool (open end-May to mid-September) Coach House public house and Restaurant lake and children s outside play area.
A security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance however this is fully refundable 7 days after checking-out subject to deductions in the unlikely event of damage loss breakages or if the cottage is left in an unacceptable condition requiring excessive cleaning.
IMPORTANT We regret same day bookings cannot be accepted after 5pm.

Please note all-male/all-female parties are not usually accepted but in sure circumstances may be permitted subject to a higher security deposit being paid in advance.
Pets Well-behaved pet dogs (max 2) permitted in selected cottage subject to ahead of time booking and a supplement payable of £6 per dog per night.
If you are unsure please ask.
Disabled Guests Disabled clients are most welcome however please note the park is entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties.
Each cottage features Two-bedrooms with one double and one twin One bathroom with shower washbasin toilet hairdryer and shaver point Separate downstairs cloakroom lounge region with television and selected satellite channels plus DVD player and log fire Separate well-equipped kitchen region and dining region with cooker microwave oven dish washing machine refrigerator freezer washing machine/tumble dyrer iron and board plus a wide range of kitchen region utensils crockery and cutlery All bedding made up for your arrival comprising linen pillows and duvets All towels and tea towels provided for cottage use Full double glazing and centrally heated throughout plus wood burner in the lounge region Smoke alarm Patio garden with furnishings Private parking Please note all the cottages are entirely non-smoking.
There are five two-bedroom stone-built cottages which have been contructed to a high specification and are well equipped throughout comprising full central heating plus a cosy wood burner in the living room.
Limited facilities available in the quieter winter months.
