Highfield Apartment is a 2 bedroom Ground Floor Apartment situated in a quiet cul de sac of Chester Le Street.
This is a step complimentary access property once you are through the communal entrance you are only a few steps away from the door to the apartment.
TRANSPORT Access to Main Roads comprising A1(M) is approximately 10 minutes drive CHECKIN We always prefer to meet and greet our guests but whilst this is not always possible we will advise you accordingly and make alternative arrangements for you to collect keys.
If you require additional parking there is Visitors Parking in the region but these spaces are limited and are for all apartments in the block and is first come first served basis.
PARKING Designated parking for one car available.
As this is a communal garden there is no outside furnishings or BBQs permitted unfortunately.
On the dry or sunny days you can access the grass areas around the building.
The apartment comes with internet wifi television and now television units with Entertainment package included.
The living room has a small dining room table and chair set that seats 4 people and a seater sofa guest bed is also available should you wish to use it.
You will also pass a double bedroom and main bathroom with bath and shower.
This room in particular is always set as 2 x single guest beds so please tell us if you have a preferance an alternative configuration.
Once inside you are met with a neutrally decorated property and hallway at the end of the corridor you will find the open plan lounge region and kitchen region area and along the way you will pass the Master bedroom which was an ensuite and shower in it this bedroom can be configured to either 2 x single guest beds or 1 x king size bed.
