Outside you can take a stroll around the eight acres of grounds and sit by the lake watching the dragonflies moorhens and duck or by the burn and perhaps catch sight of a kingfisher or heron.

Guests have full use of the grounds or can relax and unwind in the real comfort of the large airy sun room where breakfast is also served.
The rooms in the house all have tea and coffee flat screen televisions and a unique and luxurious shared bathroom with sunken bath double high power shower waterfall shower and steam room.
The village public house is only a five minute to walk away with excellent beers and food there is also a very good village shop and an abundance of top class restaurants locally.
