Welcome to Primrose Lodge.
We are a congenial family-run guest bed and breakfast located on the outskirts of the lovely village of Dunnington just five miles from York main city centre and two miles from Grimston drinks bar Park and Ride (the cheapest and easiest way to get in to York).
The historic towns of Harrogate and Knaresborough are within a 45 minute drive as are two impressive National parks - the Dales and the North York Moors.
We are also just two miles from the A64 which provides direct access to Leeds (a 35 minute drive) and Scarborough (a one hour drive).
York Racecourse is just a 15 minute drive away while York Maze Elvington Airfield and the Yorkshire Farming Museum are situated less than two miles down the road.
Each of our rooms contain a comprehensive guide to attractions in York and the surrounding areas.
It is host to many attractions comprising the world famous York Minster Clifford s Tower the National Railway Museum and many more.
