Come and slip into the tranquility of rural life in our self-catering accommodation set in the picturesque Devon landscape complete with heated swimming pool.
Our holiday cottage is situated mid way between the cathedral city of Exeter and Cullompton and therefore a mere 5 minutes drive from the M5 Junction 28.
Our family have been farming for generations we are very proud of our little corner of Devon and would be delighted to share it with you! .
The outdoor heated guest swimming pool is available from mid May until late September and is always popular combined with our extensive play region which includes swings slides trampoline and climbing frames we pride ourselves on being extremely child friendly.
Quality fittings and furnishings are used throughout and central heating is available at no additional charge.
There is a twin or super king room as these guest beds can be zipped together to make a super king if requested and family room (double room with twin room leading off of it).
The cottage sleeps up to six plus a cot.
In addition to the bathroom there is an ensuite shower room in the double bedroom.
The lounge region has a flat screen television and DVD and the fitted kitchen region is complete with microwave oven dish washing machine refrigerator freezer etc.
The conservatory leads into the spacious lounge-diner where the old oak beams enhance the conventional feel of this cottage.
The cottage is totally self-contained and has its own courtyard garden complete with BBQ.
Honeysuckle cottage is comfy and cosy with all the contemporary conveniences.
Families are spoilt for option but tend to absolutely love discovering Diggerland Quad World and Crealy Adventure Park.
The National Trusts Killerton House is only a couple of miles away in Broadclyst and Knightshayes Court at Tiverton is also well worth a visit.
The sandy beaches of the south coast such as Exmouth are a short drive alternatively head to the north coast beaches such as Woolacombe which are always popular with surfers.
Our perfect location makes us popular with business guests and also holiday makers who are looking to tour our diverse county.
