The Rob Roy is a conventional 6 bedroom guest bed and breakfast Guest House with 4 guestrooms en suite bathroom plus complimentary WiFi.
We are located only 10 to 15 minutes down hill walk to Folkestone Harbour beaches the town centre and restaurants etc.
The top bunk guest beds is not appropriate for children over the age of 12.
WHEN BOOKING please enter an approximate time of arrival under exceptional REQUIREMENTS to ensure we are available to meet you! Our Family room sleeps up to 6 in a double guest bed bunk-beds and a Z-bed or cot.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
Check-in time: From 4:00 pm or telephone if earlier ETA.
Accommodation is available throughout the year with the exception of Christmas (24th - 26th December) and other publicised times.
Dogs can use the garden while supervised from our other rooms by a key coded security gate accessed from the front of the building.
Room 1is a fully renovated ground floor ensuite room with door leading to the Rob Roy owner s private garden where you may sit outside in your own patio area.
Notes: We operate a no smoking policy pet dogs are welcome here.
An extensive buffet breakfast is supplied for those guests leaving earlier.
Cooked breakfast weekdays is from 8-9am weekends from 8.30-9.30am but early cooked breakfasts from 7.30am (8am weekends) can be booked on arrival.
We are also perfectly positioned to tour the Garden of England and its many attractions for example: most beautiful beaches and promenades historic castles coastal parks The North Downs Way wild life parks The Battle of Britain Memorial and Museum Dover Castle and much more! A warm welcome awaits you from Sarah and Jim who offer you a comfy cosy stay with a fine option of breakfasts to see you on your way.
It is only 10 drive minutes away the Channel Tunnel and 20 minutes away the Dover ferries and the Eurostar passenger trains at Ashford.
