En-suite with showers King size guest beds (Superior and Executive) Colour television complimentary internet wifi throughout Complimentary tea/coffee Hairdryers Iron on request Breakfast is inclusive and is continental style with a wide variety of cereals cheeses yoghurts croissants and fruit Being a smaller Folkestone hotel we have no dedicated reception and guests are asked to reserve in at the drinks bar where our hotel staff will guide you to your room taking note of any exceptional requirements.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Please note that children and pets are not usually accepted.
Our hotel staff know to make the process as swift as possible and to get you to your room quickly answering any queries or requests that you might have.
On arrival you will need please to check-in at the drinks bar and as you will have seen from the reviews some guests have not been comfy with this arrangement however as a smaller hotel we are unable to provide a dedicated reception.
The rooms themselves are well appointed and comfortable.
Please note that we do not have a lift.
The standard/ standard plus rooms are the smaller value rooms which are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The large sun terrace of the Skuba drinks bar has now the benefit of motorised awnings and side screens allowing us to accomodate our customers in real comfort whatever the weather.
There is also an underground local authority carpark next door which is covered by cctv and is secured at night.
There is some complimentary parking in the vicinity although this is not guaranteed however we can provide vouchers at £2 (24 hours) which allows use of the metered parking spaces immediately outside of the hotel.
