Smoking only permitted on patio/veranda Disabled clients are most welcome however please note that these cottages all contain stairs and do not have a lift and are entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties.

Most of the grounds are laid to lawn with fruit trees scattered around with a barbecue region for communal use in addition to some cottages having their own brick contructed facility.
The reception region also includes a coin-operated laundry.
There is an indoor heated guest swimming pool with changing rooms plus shower and toilet.
All cottages are equipped and furnished to de luxe standards and have been awarded 4 stars by Visit Britain.
