Located on the A143 Beccles Road we are a 4 Star Gold Award Visit England rated guest bed and Breakfast.
We also have a 2016 Laterooms Simply The Guest Award 2017 Breakfast Award a 2017 Trip Adviser Certificate of Excellence a Trip Adviser service award and our king double and super luxury twin rooms have been rated Level One Disability/ Elderly friendly.
We have a catering public house (Decoy Tavern) across the road and several other catering establishments within a five minute drive.
The only steps are the three steps down to our four person guest suite (which is not suitable for disabled guests) and a 21cm step into each rooms power shower.
Entirely on the ground floor you travel through our double door reception/dining region and out onto the patio/gardens around which the guest rooms are arranged.
We have a large electric gated enclosed private carpark undercover parking if required disabled parking and a ramp to the front door.
The entrance to Fritton lake and its many attractions is just a five hundred yard walk away.
Each of these rooms have direct access to our large patio region and their own high quality garden furnishings with marvellous views over the gardens and Fritton Lake Country Park.
