Herne is also home to Strode Park an amphitheatre with events throughout the summer (booking required) and is located on the triangle public transport route linking Canterbury Whitstable and Herne Bay.
We have two public houses comprising the first micro public house in the UK The Butchers Arms and a post office village shop.
We are situated in the most beautiful village of Herne which is over 800 years old with many listed buildings comprising the church.
We have ample vehicle parking on-site that is available via gravel and paving stones to the front door.
The en suite bathroom has a large double shower with a pedestal hand basin toilet and shaver point.
This room is large enough to accommodate an additional small child s guest bed (under 8 years old) or a travel cot both with prior notice at no additional charge.
Our Peacock room is on the first floor with southerly facing views to the rear of the house with French doors and a Juliet balcony over looking the garden.
