Accommodation Fuchsia Bank Cottage consists of a large bedroom / sitting room with large double doors opening onto the gardens and its own patio region where breakfast can be served weather permitting! The room is furnished in a country style with an antique Black Cast iron guest bed fresh white linen rugs snuggly blankets when necessary and leads onto a large travertine stone wetroom.
The room is complete with a Flat Screen television (Freeview) tea and coffee making facilities hairdryer complimentary internet wifi and complimentary toiletries.
If you wish to venture further we are 30 minutes to Manchester main city centre and 40 minutes to Manchester Airport.
Fuchsia Bank Cottage is just 15 minutes drive away from Buxton and 20 minutes away Bakewell making it the ideal location for discovering the Peak District and the Derbyshire area.
Location Fuchsia Bank Cottage is situated in the grounds of a converted barn at the base of Lantern Pike and a five minute to walk to the heart of the village.
We can also offer cream teas by prior arrangement and have recommendations for many of the local hostelries within the area.
Rooms are non smoking Breakfast is included in the price and is served between 8.30am and 9.30am - however alternative times can be arranged and if you require a packed lunch for your onward journey or for your days pleasure this can be arranged in advance.
An iron and ironing board are available on request as are laundry facilities for those especially muddy walks! A Zbed is also available if needed at a further charge: £20 for up to 10 years £30 for 11 and above.
