It is completely self contained with its own front door.

The whole of the property has underfloor heating run from an air source heat pump.
Upstairs the bedroom has 2 single guest beds for 2 adults The guest beds cannot be moved or made into a double fitted wardrobe A fully tiled bathroom with full size bath WC large contemporary sink fitted into an oak cabinet guest bed linen bath and hand towels.
The south facing living room has a leather guest suite with remote control reclining facility a wall mounted television DVD player radio and a private south facing balcony with table and chairs.
