Our location is a big asset and is offering lots of things to see do and experience for those who absolutely love the in the middle of nowhere feeling and can really enjoy the country side discover the beauty of rolling Lincolnshire.
You can watch the horse life where owners and horses play in the big manage and indoor school.
Our house is surrounded by horse paddocks of 56 horses who found their home at my husbands DIY livery.
On cold days we lit the fire to give you that homely cosy feeling.
In our guest lounge region you can relax with a hot drink from the coffee/tea corner really enjoy reading a book watching telly or picking a DVD or playing a board game and having a chat with another guest.
Sit at our big table and really enjoy views of the courtyard wilderness rabbits pheasants.
