If the security deposit does not cover the total additional charges Base Serviced Apartments will be entitled to recover this from you without delay.

A valid credit card is required from the lead guest to hold this deposit.
Security Deposit: A Security Deposit between GBP 50 and GBP 250 per person will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Base Serviced Apartments to cover additional charges comprising breakages damages additional cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay.
Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival and if not presented on request the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Proof of Age: All guests must be at least 25 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
Advance Purchase bookings require 100% payment on the day that the booking is placed.
The card used to make the payment must be provided on check in.
The remainder of the balance will be due 7 days prior to arrival .
A minimum payment of 10% is required at the time of booking which will be held as a non-refundable deposit.
Cheques will not be accepted.
Payment: Payment should be made in GBP by credit card debit card or bank transfers.
Check-In: Base Serviced Apartments on Sir Thomas Street do not have a reception region and as such guests will be required to check-in at Base Serviced Apartments office situated at 136 Duke Street Liverpool L1 5BB.
Please note that Base Serviced Apartments do not permit Stag/hen or birthday parties.
Please note that Base Serviced Apartments do not permit non-resident visitors.
