Great for those wanting to relax and unwind we offer a option of one two or three bedroom apartments fully equipped and fully serviced ready for when you are.
Please note that all exceptional requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Base Serviced Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
Most banks will make the funds available again within 48 hours however sure debit cards can take up to 10 days.
All pre-authorisations are cancelled on check-out.
If the security deposit does not cover the total additional charges Base Serviced Apartments will be entitled to recover this from you without delay.
Cash will not be accepted.
A valid credit card is required from the lead guest to hold this deposit.
A Security Deposit between GBP 50 and GBP 250 per person will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Base Serviced Apartments to cover additional charges comprising breakages damages additional cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay.
Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival and if not presented on request the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
All guests must be at least 25 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
Advance Purchase bookings require 100% payment on the day that the booking is placed.
The card used to make the payment must be provided on check in.
The remainder of the balance will be due 7 days prior to arrival.
A minimum payment of 10% is required at the time of booking which will be held as a non-refundable deposit.
Cheques will not be accepted.
Payment should be made in GBP by credit card debit card or bank transfers.
Please note that Base Serviced Apartments do not permit Stag/hen or birthday parties.

You can choose to stay in one two or a three-bedroom apartment in Royal Quay location or choose our spacious three bedroom town house in South Ferry Quay with most beautiful Marina View.
Various places of interest are commutable from the apartments comprising but not limited to: Echo Arena ACC Conference Centre Museum of Heritage Maritime Museum Tate Gallery the world famous Liver Buildings and of course the Mersey Ferries.
