This pre authorisation acts as a security hold in the event of any of the following occurrences: A Breach in the T&C s explicitly stated on Marlin s website Any breakages damages or missing items within the apartment Any Excessive cleaning above the normal level of cleaning expected due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state of cleanliness This pre authorisation should be released automatically by your bank within 5-10 working days of Checking Out subject to an inspection of the property.
Marlin can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for these pre-authorisations.
