Violation will result in a surcharge of £40 per person per night or may result booking being cancelled with no refund and you and all guests having to depart immediately12.
The number of guests permissible in the property may not exceed the number named and specified in the contract for the booking.
If apt not being habitable due to loss of power and heating and/or water lock problems or similar we have right to offer alternative suitable accommodation of a similar grade and appropriate location under existing terms and conditions11.
Should we not have heard from you or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive10.
In order to ensure very best service and real comfort provide us with the information:- Pls advise us estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apt for key collection at time of booking- Call front desk team an hour prior to arrival.9.
Early and Late Check-in and Check-out are all subject to availability and realization of payments.
Late check-out post 1200 - 1 full night charge.
Late check-out 1000-1200 - £20 per hour.
Late check-in after 2300 Hours - 1 full night charge.
Late check-in 2000-2300 Hours - £20 per hour.
Early check-in before 1200 Hours - 1 full night charge.
Early check-in 1200-1500 Hours - £20 per hour.
Check-out is 1000 Hours as standard.
Standard Check-in time is 1500-2000 Hours.
A charge of £370 will be levied for deep cleaning if this is not adhered to8.
All the Company s Properties are non-smoking comprising all public areas of the bldg No loud music or partying is allowed at any point of time .
We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional £35/week7.
We provide additional guest bed at an additional £35/night6.
Wi-Fi password is in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apt so you can really enjoy complimentary internet facilities5.
Keys to be kept in mailbox upon check-out4.
We do not deal in cash we request you not to send us any bookings if guest wishes to make payment in Cash or on Arrival3.
There is no exception on Security Deposit.
£150 Security Deposit is mandatory to pay to confirm the booking.
Full payment has to be made in ahead of time through a Payment Link PayPal and Bank Transfer.
To settle the booking we will send a secure link to pay online along w/ damage dep of £150 it will be refunded 2 wks after checkout.
Pls send us valid Gov t ID at time of confirming a booking and needs to present card used while making the payment2.House Rules1.
