A violation will result in a surcharge of £40 per person per night or may result in the booking being cancelled with no refund and you and all guests having to depart immediately 12.
The number of guests permissible in the property may not exceed the number named and specified in the contract for the booking.

In the event of an apt not being habitable due to loss of power loss of heating and/or water lock problems or similar we have right to offer alternative suitable accommodation of a similar grade and appropriate location where possible under the existing terms and conditions.
Should we not have heard from you or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive 10.

A charge of £370 will be levied for deep cleaning if this is not adhered to 8.
No loud music or partying is allowed at any point of time in any of our apartment.
All the Company s Properties are non-smoking comprising all public areas of the building.
We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional £ 35 /week 7.
We provide additional guest bed at an additional £ 35/night 6.

Wi-Fi password is in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apt so you can really enjoy complimentary internet facilities.
Keys to be kept in mailbox upon check-out 4.

We do not deal in cash hence we request you not to send us any bookings if guest wishes to make payment in Cash or on Arrival.
There is no exception on the Security Deposit.
£150 Security Deposit is mandatory to pay to confirm the booking.
Full payment has to be made in ahead of time through a Payment Link PayPal and Bank Transfer.
To settle the booking we will send a secure link to pay online along w/ damage dep of £ 150 it will be refunded 2 wks after checkout.
