Markg seafood restaurant at The Tramway Hotel opened in the winter of 2015 Inspired by British and European influences markg uses local rustic seasonal and sustainable British ingredients with menus created on a daily basis offering the freshest market dishes.
There is a public transport stop outside our front door which will take you to Norwich City or along the coast to Southwold.
Local interests comprise two theater s the Seagull in Pakefield and the Marina in Lowestoft we have Pakefield riding school Lowesoft fishing trips Rookery Park golf club and The Transport Museum where you are able to see the trams we are named after.
We are 5 minutes to walk from The Tramway to Pakefield beach and a further short walk along the cliffs is the award winning beach at Lowestoft.
The hotel also has a courtyard garden for alfresco dinning a public drinks bar and a large carpark at the rear of the building.
