The Beach House is located in the charming seaside town of Milford-on-Sea mere yards away from the sea.
There is plenty of fascinating history to discover for those in need of adventure and a step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for those looking to escape for a while.
If guests would like to opt out of this donation do tell us when checking in.
This will go directly to the The New Forest Trust.
In order to support our local community we will now be adding a £1 optional charge to each room bill.
Check out is up until 11am giving you time to really enjoy breakfast and prepare for the day ahead.
Check in on arrival day is between 3pm and 10pm if you will be arriving after 10pm please contact us directly to let us know.
Breakfast is served from 8am until 10am every day so that you can have that well deserved lie in.
All rooms included a full English breakfast in the morning which is freshly cooked to order as well as an indulgent cold spread of fruits bread yoghurts and juices.
We regret that we are unable to guarantee dog-friendly rooms for reservations made online.
Guests wishing to bring pet dogs overnight must check in ahead of time of booking whether dog-friendly rooms are available.
We absolutely love pet dogs as all good inns should however to consider the real comfort of all of our guests we have exceptional rooms allocated to these needs.
As for contact with the outside world phones haven t been put in any rooms so as to not disturb guests peaceful getaways but there is always a landline on reception should the need arise.
All rooms offer tea and coffee facilities and complimentary internet wifi (subject to availability) as well as a smartTV and digital radio for your entertainment.
We have 15 well-appointed en suite bathroom rooms which are made up of twin double and family guestrooms all featuring luxurious Sealy mattresses (the same as can be found in The White House).
With the most beautiful New Forest country side on the door step the Beach House is a must for those looking to explore.
The house may have changed to a hotel but the conventional features such as its most beautiful panelled walls oak flooring and ornate banisters as well as stained-glass feature to this day.
This most beautiful Victorian manor house was contructed by Alexander Siemens as a country retreat for his family to feel the health benefits of the ocean air.
