Anne Dave and Rebecca would like to welcome you to Gable Lodge a family congenial guest bed and breakfast accommodation provider.
We try to live as sustainably as possible and care for our local environment and also do our little bit for the planet.
We have fast broadband internet to allow you to access internet wifi easily while on holiday.
We welcome children of any age but regretfully cannot accept dogs.
Lynton is ideally placed to give you the very best access to the North Devon Coast and the Exmoor National Park with fabulous walks near by so you can leave the car behind and really enjoy the wildlife.
Lynton is linked to its twin town of Lynmouth by the famous water powered cliff railway.
The house is close to all the attractions and facilities within the town.
There is a small private carpark available for guests.
Good high quality conventional home cooked evening meals are available upon request again using the very best of the fantastic food available within and around the Exmoor area.
Breakfast is included in the price using as much locally sourced produce as possible.
We have recently installed a high pressure hot water system so that all our guests can experience a great shower.
Gable Lodge is open all year and has six en suite bathroom guestrooms which are tastefully decorated and well maintained with good high quality beds.
We have a most beautiful front garden with lawns and cottage garden type flower guest beds new patio furnishings allows guests to sit outside and really enjoy their breakfast or drinks outside.
The house is a fine example of late Victorian architecture and has a Grade 2 listing.
We hold a 5 star hygiene rating from North Devon Council.
