In the heart of Manchester just around the corner from Piccadilly Gardens and about 5 minutes to walk from the train stn this brand new aparthotel (opened October 13) is offering a range of bright and contemporary studio one and two bedroom serviced apartments.
With a 24/7 reception the congenial and knowledgeable onsite team will always be available to welcome guests and assist with any queries.
We are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.
A security deposit as above will also be required for each apartment booked.
When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable.
Group Policy We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates.
The amount will vary on the size of apartment you have booked.
Security Deposits / Pre Authorisation A refundable security deposit re-authorisation to cover additional charges comprising breakages damages additional cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your visit may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable in ahead of time or on arrival.
Upon check-in guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID such as a driving licence or passport.
Payment SACO The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.
Each apartment comes with a breakfast pack on arrival comprising cereal milk tea and coffee shortbread or flapjacks and water.
Guests can also really enjoy complimentary access to the onsite fitness guest suite and if you are looking for that additional exceptional touch book yourselves into a SACO Club apartment where you are able to experience staying in apartments with an elevated designer look and feel and additional customer service touches such as early and late check in/out.
