The Green Dragon stands on the High Street of the historic market town of Marlborough in Wiltshire.
Originally a Coaching Inn dating back to the 15th century the Green Dragon still is offering high high quality accommodation to visitors to the area.
The premises does not have its own carpark but being located in the centre of town there is plenty of parking nearby.
Please note that at the weekend we do get busy and on Saturday evenings we have live music that finishes at approximately 11.30pm with the premises closing at 1am.
Check-in is at 12pm / Check-out is at 10am.
We have 5 spacious rooms available to let (3 double 1 family and 1 twin) all of which are en-suite.
Our letting accommodation is furnished to a high level of high quality and offered at a reasonable price.
All cooked to order and available to pre-order on-line to avoid delays and disappointments.
The Green Dragon specialises in high quality fresh food with a conventional menu of British public house food.
This garden is a true oasis of peace in the centre of the busy market town and a ideal place to relax and really enjoy a leisurely lunch and a quiet drink.
To the rear of the public house is a delightful fully enclosed courtyard and garden with plenty of seating and children s play equipment.
As well as the drinks bar we have a cosy snug region with low comfy seating a games room with pool table and darts throw and a separate quiet dining area.
The conventional drinks bar region is offering a wide choice of wines spirits lagers ciders and soft drinks as well as a choice of Wadworths fine real ales brewed a few miles away in Devizes.
The ground floor drinks bar is separated into a number of smaller rooms.
