Lesley and Jonathon Seed offer high high quality guest bed and Breakfast and self catering accommodation at their home in rural Wiltshire.
Wayside is handily situated reasonably close to the A342 but is a quiet rural property on a smallholding and guests have access to our own private woodland.

We accept payment electronically in cash by cheque or by card but our preferred method of payment is by electronic bank transfer.
The house is centrally heated and all guest rooms have colour TV and coffee making equipment.
All rooms have complimentary broadband internet wifi.
cereals toast fresh juice fresh coffee or tea together with local preserves add to the morning feast.
Breakfasts are a real treat with wonderfully fresh eggs laid by our own rare breed complimentary range hens at Wayside together with locally sourced sausages bacon mushrooms and tomatoes.
We welcomes long stay residents and have long and successful experience in looking after very long stay business guests.
Wayside is well known for its comfy but non fussy accommodation with a separate B&B access to the main house for guests.
Some guestrooms also have their own refrigerator freezer and microwave oven and these are perfect for longer stay residents.
The Residents lounge region also has a refrigerator and a microwave oven oven for guests exclusive use.
There is a resident s lounge region and dining room in which you can relax in your own company.
All the guestrooms are private with either en suite bathroom facilities or a private bathroom.
As a small family business we are able to be very flexible and respond to your needs in order to make your visit as comfy as possible and you will be treated as guests of the house.
Private off road parking is available for both B&B and lodge guests.
