Tregurrian Villas is a superb and exclusive development located just 100 yards from the most beautiful sands at Watergate Bay only 2 miles from Newquay airport and 4 miles from Newquay town centre Padstow is only 10 miles and The Eden project is just 20 miles.
There are bars/restaurants within a short walking distance comprising Fifteen Cornwall the Jamie Oliver inspired restaurant which opened in 2006.
Such bookings would be turned away on arrival and there would be no refund of any monies paid and no alternative accommodation will be found or offered.
Groups are most welcome please note that stag/hen parties will NOT be accepted neither will all-male or all-female parties.
Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of £30-00 per unit.
Cancellation charges: 27-15 days 50% of total booking costs 14 days or less no refund.
Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival.
Full payment if total is less.
A non-refundable deposit of £150 per unit per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking.
Swipe only American Express and Visa cards are not accepted.
Please do NOT make an online booking to arrive on the same day after 8pm as this booking will not be processed and there will be no accommodation booked for you.

You will need to print this and take it with you or make a note of the code without this information you will be unable to access your accommodation.
The code for the safe will be on your confirmation received from Tregurrian/Beachcombers.
Please note reception is not manned all day you will need your confirmation with code to the safe when reception is closed your key will be situated in a safe.
Minimum of 2-3 nights stay to reserve a villa please note that full details of check in arrangements can be found on your confirmation received from Tregurrian Villas you need to check in at Beachcombers Apartments reception 200 yards up the road and you will not be able to check in without this confirmation and If you have not received your confirmation from Tregurrian Villas please contact us immediately.
Dogs are now accepted in two of the three Tregurrian Villas there is a small charge of £6 per dog per night (up to 2 dogs) although we are pleased to welcome registered guide/service pet dogs complimentary of charge.
Disabled clients are most welcome however please note that all villas contain stairs and are entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties.
All bedding comprising pillows duvets and linen included.
All villa s comprise a lounge/diner with widescreen satellite television plus DVD player and a convertible double bed-settee a well equipped kitchen region area with cooker microwave oven dish washing machine refrigerator freezer plus an extensive range of utensils crockery and cutlery a deluxe bathroom with shower unit washbasin toilet hairdryer and shaving point separate toilet and washbasin.
All villas are located over two flooring with stairs furnished and equipped to a high standard and are entirely non-smoking.
