These stylish contemporary and well appointed apartments brand new in 2009 are part of a select development of just 12 properties.
They really enjoy a superb location virtually on the beach.
Such bookings would be turned away on arrival and there would be no refund of any monies paid and no alternative accommodation will be found or offered.
Please note that stag/hen parties will NOT be accepted neither will all-male or all-female parties.
GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups are most welcome.
Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of £30-00 per unit.
Cancellation charges: 27-15 days 50% of total booking costs 14 days or less no refund.
Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival.
Full payment if total is less.
A non-refundable deposit of £150 per unit per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking.
NB: Swipe only American Express and Visa cards are not accepted.
Please do NOT make an online booking to arrive on the same day after 8pm as this booking will not be processed and there will be no accommodation booked for you.

Should you be arriving later due to a delayed flight for example or a specific traffic problem please contact LateRooms.com who can provide you with the contact numbers required for late arrival.
Arrivals later than 9pm can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement.

All guests of Porth Cottage are welcome to use all facilities of The Porth Veor Manor hotel comprising outdoor heated pool (Apr Oct) drinks bar and Beaucliffes restaurant.
Please note that check in as at Porth Veor Manor Hotel situated at the top of the driveway.

The apartments have one designated parking space for each apartment.
