This select development of deluxe villas and apartments is set in the grounds of the Porth Veor Manor Hotel and guests have full access to the hotel facilities comprising the drinks bar restaurant and swimming pool.
All of the units renovated 2007 this 4 star rated residence is equipped and furnished to a very high standard throughout and available on either a self catering basis or can be booked in ahead of time subject of course to space on a guest bed and breakfast or half board basis.
Such bookings would be turned away on arrival and there would be no refund of any monies paid and no alternative accommodation will be found or offered.
Please note that stag/hen parties will NOT be accepted neither will all-male or all-female parties.
GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups are most welcome.
Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of £30-00 per unit.
Cancellation charges: 27-15 days 50% of total booking costs 14 days or less no refund.
Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival.
Full payment if total is less.
A non-refundable deposit of £150 per unit per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking.
NB: Swipe only American Express and Visa cards are not accepted.
Please do NOT make an online booking to arrive on the same day after 8pm as this booking will not be processed and there will be no accommodation booked for you.

Should you be arriving later due to a delayed flight for example or a specific traffic problem please contact LateRooms.com who can provide you with the contact numbers required for late arrival.
Arrivals later than 9pm can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement.

Please note that check in as at Porth Veor Manor Hotel situated at the top of the driveway.
Min 2/3 night bookings please check at time of booking.
Lounge/diner with widescreen television and selected satellite channels plus DVD and a high high quality double sofa bed.
All guestrooms have television and DVD.
Each unit has 2 deluxe bathrooms with one en-suite.
