Our guest rooms are individually designed 3 of which come with balconies which overlook our most beautiful pond with resident ducks! The guest bed and Breakfast is entirely separate from the proprietors accommodation and consist of super luxury Double Twin and family guestrooms each with contemporary ensuite bathrooms that have most beautiful showers.

An iron and ironing board are also available on request you will want for nothing! We have solar heating on our hot water system making our showers steaming hot after a hot sunny day and we have also now solar heating on our outdoor guest swimming pool which means from the months of May and June depending on the weather the pool is naturally heated ready for the summer.
Fridges radios bottled water herbal teas hot chocolate wine glasses with bottle opener hairdryers torches thermostatically controlled radiators are in all rooms.
All rooms are well equipped with Digital TVs and tea and coffee making facilities are provided.
