Jo and Carl welcome you to the Jacaranda.
We are a small congenial guest house with 8 guest guestrooms situated centrally to all facilities you would expect from a seaside resort.
We advise that travel insurance is taken out to cover you in case you do need to cancel.
Bookings can be cancelled up to four weeks before arrival with no additional charge but if cancelled with the four weeks or in the case of a no show then the full amout is due.
All deposits are non - refundable with the balance due on arrival or before if possible.
We have a limited amount of parking permits available (requested in ahead of time only) at a small additional cost which you can use in most Torbay Car Parks.
We operate a no smoking policy throughout the guest house with the most up to date fire alarm system.
Paignton zoo and splashdown water park are close by or you could always take a short public transport ride and visit Kents Cavern Miniature Village living coast.
There are many things for all ages to do in Paignton we have a pier harbour crazy golf amusements bars/restaurants clubs beach shops are approximately 100 yards from us or why not go for a day out on the Steam train.
We have a multiplex cinema on our ocean front and a theatre just a short walk away.
If you wish to stay a short or long stay we will endeavour to make your visit as comfy and enjoyable as we can.
For exceptional occasions we can offer guests flowers/champagne or wine for an addition cost delivered to your room sandwiches and toasties also available upon request for an additional cost.
Prices comprise a full english breakfast or a lighter alternative and vegetarians catered for.
All our rooms have up to date decoration and are all central heated.
All our guest rooms have comfy guest beds television tea coffee making facilities hand bath towels and shower mats Iron and Ironing board available upon request we also have a cot and high chair available.
