Nestling in rich coastal farmland on the edge of the moor Boskednan is a period granite farmhouse set in an perfect location for walkers and bird watchers while being within very easy reach of the beaches of St Ives and the town of Penzance.
The farm is not a working farm but has horses and pasture where guests can walk and really enjoy breathe taking views of the south coast.
From here it is possible to take the small branch line train to St Ives.
The famous five miles of golden sands at Hayle are within a 30 minute drive.
St Ives can be reached by car along the picturesque North Coast road in about 20 minutes.
Many restaurants and public houses are available in Penzance which is about a 10 minute drive.
For birdwatchers it is a paradise with cuckoos and nightjars present during the breeding season and winter visitors such as hen harriers and short eared owls.
These are easily reached on foot.
Boskednan is surrounded by an region of Outstanding Natural Beauty comprising many ancient sites dating back 5000 years.
