Any cancellation must be in writing by either telephone email or letter (recorded delivery) to us and we will confirm receipt of this when received.

Any cancellations made prior to 7 days before your visit date may be cancelled complimentary of charge.
Any payment made in excess of this non-refundable deposit will be refunded to you.
Any cancellations made prior to 48 hours and within 7 days before your arrival date will result in a non-refundable deposit of £100 per apartment being retained or charged.
CANCELLATIONS: Any apartment cancellation made within 48 hours of your booked arrival date will result in the full cost of the duration of the stay being retained or charged if not already paid for.
Payments: The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price within 24/7 of their reservation and the remaining amount on the morning of arrival.
Late check-out is available on day of departure extended at 13:00pm GMT - with additional charges of £25 per apartment.
Early check-in is available at 14:00pm GMT at a charge of £10 per apartment.
For example - If you book at 20:00pm GMT on the 1st January to stay on the 1st January this reservation becomes invalid.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept bookings on the same day of arrival after 16:00pm GMT.
