The Lakeside Guesthouse is an Edwardian house located on the ocean front directly opposite the boating lake with marvellous views which look out to the ocean across Tees bay.
We are handily located on the ocean front and only 5 minutes walking distance to the town centre and golfing course a 10 minute to walk from the public transport and railway station.

We are in great location everything is within a short walking distance the beach golfing course town centre railway and public transport station.
There are 8 rooms in total 3 standard singles (shared shower and toilet) 2 single en suite bathroom rooms a twin en suite bathroom room and 2 double en suite bathroom rooms each with a 4 poster guest bed and a single guest bed they may also be used as a twin or family room both of which have fabulous views across the sea.
Middlesbrough is 5 miles away.
