Hotel Details
We are a small business with limited hotel staff therefore reception is not open 24/7 we require an arrival time between 10.30 am - 4-30 pm so we can ensure the room is cleaned and hotel staff are on cover for arrivals.
Rooms are reserved till 4.30 pm if delayed on route please call to ensure your room is not re-let and hotel staff are available to cover later arrivals fees may be charged see below.

If you wish to leave your bags once you have vacated please check with staff.

All rooms are up one flight of stairs one double is up two flights of stairs.
Guests are supplied with main entrance and room key.
Extra Z guest bed available for an additional child in some rooms £5-00 fee applies please call to book.
We have one travel cot please request on booking and bring your own bedding.
An iron and ironing board is available for guests use.
Reserved spaces £5-00.
Limited parking available on a first in basis.
Tea/Coffee trays Freeview televisions and hairdryers.
All guestrooms have en suite bathroom shower rooms shampoo/shower gel conditioner body lotion and shower caps.
The Regent Motel and drinks bar is offering accommodation only in Rye Town.
Guests wanting to arrive after 4.30 pm must check hotel staff are available BEFORE booking if you book before checking and hotel staff are unable to cover a cancellation fee of 20% will apply no refunds on booking arriving within 72 hours.
No late arrivals are available on Sundays.
Available Monday - Saturdays only.
(not available on Sundays) Guests wishing to arrive after 6 pm will be charged a £10-00 late arrival fee latest check in time is 8-30 pm.
