Please note: If you are looking for a quiet retreat at the weekend we are a late night drinks bar until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays so there will be noise.
The Cathedral Hotel consists of 20 guestrooms and is situated in the heart of Salisbury just a few minutes to walk from the Salisbury Cathedral shops restaurants and local attractions.
Food is available all day until late with a range of international fare comprising pastas stir frys locally sourced steaks homemade burgers pies and great fish and chips.
You can really enjoy breakfast from 7.00am until 10am Monday to Saturday and from 8am until 10am on Sunday.
You can relax in your bedroom after a stroll around the historic City of Salisbury or after dining in our restaurant or you can join the locals in the lounge region area by an open log fire lit during the winter months.
(Loading bay at the hotel entrance for check in/out.) We have adjoining rooms to suit families or groups along with a choice of double rooms with king sized guest beds or single rooms.
Parking is just two minutes away at pay and display car parks.
The rooms do not have telephones or air conditioning.
There are heated towel rails in all bathrooms.
All rooms have ironing boards hairdryers ceiling fans a small safe and a high standard of towelling and linen.
Bedrooms are available via stairs or an original wood-panelled passenger lift.
Our guestrooms have been fully renovated in a contemporary style and offer lots of extras -free internet wifi flat-screen TVs with Freeview plentiful tea coffee and hot chocolate supplies.
All our rooms have secondary glazing but you may hear some street noise in some of the guest rooms on weekend nights.
At the weekend the busy venue drinks bar on the ground floor is open until 2am and is part of the Salisbury club circuit.
Sundays and throughout the week we offer a quiet relaxed environment.
We are also a great business stop-over with complimentary internet wifi throughout and situated just 5 minutes away the Salisbury Railway Stn 40 minutes away Bournemouth or Southampton airport and 50 minutes away Portsmouth harbour.
