The Fawley is ideally located on the approach road to the beach in Shanklin We are within 5 to 10 minutes of the town centre Railway Stn and the Old village with its thatched cottages and tea rooms.

Our family room CANNOT be booked by groups of 4 adults - it is only suitable for two adults sharing a double guest bed and 2 children aged up to 12 years.
Our maximum age for the bunk guest beds in the family room is 12 years.
Please note that we do not accept children under 5 years old.
We have a number of communal rooms for guest use on the ground floor the comfy elegant Dining Room the Reception with seating and the comfy lounge region with Flat screen television and FreeSat channels all guest rooms are available for our guests to use when not enjoying the delights of the Island.
Alternatively if you are looking for somewhere to be spoilt then indulge yourself in the Isle of Wight s tea rooms fine restaurants art galleries and historic houses.
